The presence of the horses will swiftly bring to light what may be hindering your growth. Their intuitive guidance will help you decode the messages your body is sending, refine your leadership posture, claim your space, and establish healthy boundaries. Through full awareness, you will align more deeply with your true essence—your values and identity. The horse will serve as a profound and enduring anchor for your personal and professional development.

It is not uncommon to be intimidated by or to fear being close to a horse, specially if you had a not-so-great experienced with them in the past.
A lot of the activities are done in small groups, thus creating a climate of trust. Safety measures are also clearly explained prior to each activity. A coach or assistant will also be next to you through it all.
Our approach is respectful, safe and adapted in light of all individuals. You will never be be forced to get close to a horse should you not want to, however the workshops are designed in such a way that you will feel totally safe to do so. Who knows, that might help conquer that fear and free up that held up energy…for good ;-)

Part of your day will be in a conference room, where your allergies should not be an issue.
Another part however is however conducted in an indoor or outdoor arena. The severity of your allergy will determine if you can participate.
If they are moderate, we would recommend bringing Benadryl or any medication you feel might help control them.
If your allergies are severed, we would recommend NOT to participate in this activity, or being an observer.

Yes. We have an indoor arena in addition to a heated/air conditioned fully equipped conference room allowing us to welcome year round.

No! This is not an equestrian sport, all activities are taking place on the ground. You won’t have to ride a horse.
