You can organize your business meetings in our fully equipped conference room, we must however combine your event with one of our horse assisted activities. The room cannot be rented separately.
The activities with the horses prior to your meeting will in fact boost your meeting productivity, so it is a definite plus ;-)

Our conference room offers the following:

30 is the maximum number of people for an event.
The activities (and proximity) with the horses will vary base on the number of people and the goal of the event.

Yes, we have a house caterer, you can add this option to your packages.
The menus (hot or cold) are carefully chosen and take into account the particularities of each of your guests.

All our activities are done on the ground. No horse riding experience is required.
The activities are done safely and gradually. It is not common to welcome people that have a fear of horses. They all leave with a smile and a new perspective on these beautiful beings.
Allergies: if your allergy is severe, it is not recommended to participate.
Part of our activities are conducted in a heated-air-conditioned and well-ventilated room. You will be very comfortable there. That said, all horses-assisted activities are done in an arena (indoor or outdoor)
Although you can decide to be an observer, staying away from the horses might make for a less impactful experience all together.
For less severe allergies, Benadryl may be recommended.

Yes, we are less than ten minutes from the dix30 district where you will find several hotels.
ALT Hotel, Escad hotel, and Courtyard are some examples.
Restaurants, entertainment, shops, transportation (REM) and many other services all all 10 minutes away.
